• Long-Term Performance: They delved into hero performance data, focusing on heroes in the bottom 50% across all rank tiers (Epic to Mythical Glory) for the past three seasons. This ensures they're identifying heroes who have consistently struggled, not just those momentarily out of meta.

  
  

• Excluding Misleading Data: Heroes with artificially high pick rates due to unbalanced stats in a specific patch were carefully excluded to ensure an accurate representation of long-term viability.

  
  

• No Recent Revamps: Heroes who have received a revamp in the past two years, or those with revamps already in progress (like Grock, Thamuz, and Alice on the Advanced Server), are out of the running. This ensures a fresh slate for heroes truly in need.

This is the big question, Nan! Personally, heroes like Aldous and Silvanna truly feel like they're showing their age. Their skill sets, while once powerful, simply aren't keeping pace with the dynamic meta of the last three seasons. A revamp could breathe new life into their gameplay and make them viable contenders once more.

However, I'm hoping to see a different class take the spotlight this time. We've had a streak of Marksman reworks lately, with three of the past winners being marksmen. While Popol and Kupa could certainly benefit, it would be refreshing to see a Tank, Fighter, Assassin, Mage, or Support hero get the much-deserved attention.
